1 day?! that's all we get??? 😢

Wow. What is up with this ovulation stuff? I'm confused. Do any other women only get ewcm for ONE day in their fertile week? My fertile week just started yesterday and I had ewcm and light ovulation bleeding. Today all my ewcm is gone. Is that normal?? 
Side note: we BD'd the day before yesterday and today. Am I still safe to get pregnant? And this is my 1st time having ewcm in about a year.

Were you checking your cm the week before ov? If you dont get ewcm during that week you can use preseed as a substitute. Ewcm should start appearing about 6 days before you ovulate. Sperm can live up to 5 to 7 days so you actually have a week to try.

You can try vitex (daily) and oil of evening primrose oil (from cycle day 1 to 13ish or when you feel ovulation cramping/get a positive OPK). These are supplements from a natural health food store.  They may help with hormone regulation and help increase your EWCM.  This worked for me (as well I was taking prenatal vitamins and folic acid at the time too).  You should also increase your water intake as well.  I'm no doctor, so you may want to touch base with your GP or naturopath.
