Hands and feet swelling when walking...?

Anyone expierence hands and feet swelling ONLY when they walk??? I go on brisk walks every night and not even 5 minutes goes by without my hands/sometimes feet swelling. It's also tight and tingly feeling. I'm 18 weeks. Please help???

You're getting your blood pumping which pushes water into your hands and feet and youre probably retaining extra water due to the pregnancy. Try drinking a ton of water to help lessen the water retention.

Happens to me too girl. I find it super annoying. The only thing that works for me is to put my feet up, raise my hands above heart level and squeeze them.

That happens to me, gotta take my rings off before I go or they get tight and uncomfortable. Lol my fingers her a little harder to bend and feel like sausages
