HELP! Is this an infected hair bump? (kinda graphic tmi)

What is this? How should I treat it? 
It isn't painful yet, but it seems like pimply/dryscalp. Maybe infected hair? But do you think I should be worried, or go to the doc?

To me that just looks like a mole. My boyfriend has some sensitive ones and some painless ones on his scalp that look like that.

It could be the shampoo/conditioner you are using. But I used to get those when a certain brands of hair products would irritate my scalp. My mom would pop them like pimples and I do the same for my boyfriend. Sometimes your scalp doesn't like certain ingredients in your hair products. If it gets any bigger or begins to hurt, smell, puss, or leak in anyway. Go to the doctor.

My sister and father have those on their heads and it's just a bump on your scalp from what I can see. It looks exactly like theird and my dada had it for his whole life. If it starts to hurt you should get it checked out but I don't think it's an ingrown hair or a pimple. I hope this helped
