Okay so basically on Thursday I threw up the pill  I took at 8pm and took Friday's pill that day because I had thrown up the other one. The pill is small btw so my nurse said that I shouldn't have done that because it took 30 mins to go down and I threw up an hour later. So she told me to not take a pill on Friday and to keep going after that. So that's a day I missed a pill. Is  it going to stay ineffective because of that day or if I start taking it everyday at the same time will it be highly effective again?? Can someone help I don't understand. I've been taking it for a month and 3 weeks on time everyday without missing any and I don't want it stop working because of that day that I missed it.
