Ready to workout again! Are you?

I'm tired. Soooo tired. Sound familiar?

I haven't felt like myself since about September. Why? Because that's when I quit working out every day. I miss it. It's also when I started eating like crap more often.

Truth is, I'm ready to MAKE time to commit to ME again for 30 minutes a day. Mommin' ain't easy, but I know I'm a much better mom and wife when I have some ME time.

Will it be easy for me to find 30 minutes to squeeze in a workout? No...but I'm gonna make it happen! #findtime

Will breaking my addiction to sugar be easy (especially with those graduation parties)? Not at all!! But I'm gonna make it happen! #justsayno

So I'm here, to commit to ME, but it doesn't stop there. I want to commit to YOU too. I want to work personally with 5 moms who are TIRED of being tired all the time. Who want to learn how to eat healthy. Who want to change their lifestyle, not just make a quick fix.
