SoftCup w thawed sperm?

I'm considering using a soft cup next cycle but with thawed sperm from a cryobank. Anyone have experience with this, or soft cups in general that you'd like to share?

I always put a soft cup in after sex. I have heard of some women putting the sperm into the cup and then inserting it, but I would put it inside your vagina as close to your cervix as you can, elevate your hips for a bit and then put the cup in. That's as close to an iui procedure as you can get.
