ABNORMAL PAP/HPV

So today for my 8 week appointment my doctor told me my Pap smear came back abnormal and the cells showed HPV. Anyone had this before? She said I'll need a repeat in a year. I'm such a worry wart but she says it's no biggie. I'm only 21 by the way
