Period is 5 days late, negative pregnancy tests

We have been TTC since November, my period has never been late expect the last time I was pregnant, however I miscarried in December. On the 15th of this month when I wiped after I peed there was blood but that was all. No blood after that, just like a single wipe period, super weird. But I haven't had an actual period and all the tests I take are negative. AF was due 17th. I need some advice on what to do.
