How long are you taking for maternity leave?
I am just considering my options for maternity leave based on company policy. I'll be paid 100% for 6 weeks for normal vaginal delivery. They also provide an additional 4 weeks of paid time off due to birth. I am considering taking another 2 to 6 weeks under FMLA, which will be unpaid. I am curious to know what other moms are considering or have chosen to do.
