drs, ugh

So on cd 20, had negative opks not a big shock they don't normally work for me. But my body and bbt gave me info and I'm pretty damn sure I ovulated. Called to talk to my dr to do blood work to check my progesterone since it's damn near non existent and he had me on clomid. Well he doesn't do those check ups, wtf? How do you know if you need to up the next dose or when or how much progesterone to give if I'm pregnant..every time I think I have a great dr 😒
