Yeah you wouldn't be able to feel a baby at 6 weeks, even if it was twins. Looks like 1 to me, but I'm not an ultrasound tech.

Maybe there was twins? I know my sac was really big. Only one baby but there was two. Sadly one did not make it :/ I couldn't find the original on my phone, only our announcement this was at 6 weeks

Probably just one. Mine looked like that to from as early as 5 weeks and it's just one.

My due date is Jan 18th! Currently just made 6 weeks 😊 twins run in my SO family so he said what's the irony we might get a pair too haha guess I'll find out soon enough. Best of luck hun

Big sack here, one baby.. this was at 6w6d. I'm 18w3 now, and still only one in there. What you're feeling isn't baby. It's probably uterine stretching, which feels like tickles or light cramping as though you may start your period. For me, my crampiness was more frequent when I was first pregnant, as opposed to the deep, dull-like cramp of a period.

There could be two babies but honestly when I had my 6 week scan my sac was twice the size of yours and I'm only having one baby.

This was mine at 6 weeks with my twin boys. ( its kind of hard to see ) but if there was another baby there. They would've noticed it. I'm pretty sure there's only one in there.
