what is this??

Hey all so I had a miscarriage about a month and a half ago and this came out of me, and I'm just kinda scared. What is this??? It kinda looks like the stuff I had when I miscarried but it's way more than it was before. I was only about 3 weeks along so I'm not sure what this could be. Could it be any remaining stuff in my uterus from then? Could it be another miscarriage??
