So like a week and a half ago I babysat for this lady that I usually babysit for I've been watching her kids since I was 16-17, I'm 21 now. She always writes me a check, well she forgot the checkbook that night. I told her it was no big deal I wasn't in a hurry and she said she'd drop it off at my moms on Sunday. I said that was fine. So I asked my mom if she dropped it off and she said no. So I gave it a few days, then on Thursday I texted her about it and she said she forgot and she'll drop it off in the morning on her way to work. Again told her that's fine. Well I asked my mom again if she dropped it off and she still hadn't. I didn't saying anything and she texted me Saturday that she'll come and drop it off after her errands. So I got back to town after work and stopped at my moms and asked if she dropped it off because by that time she would of and she still didn't. I texted her today and asked if she dropped it off because my mom was suppose to let me know and I didn't hear anything. Obviously I knew she didn't I just didn't know how else to say it without being like where's my check. And she never texted me back! And this was around 1. I'm so annoyed. She's done this before a few times but she usually drops it off within the next day or two. Not this long. I just don't know how to go about it I don't want to be rude or pushy and it's only 30 or 40 bucks but I'm really struggling with money right now is why I babysat in the first place. I mean I won't be babysitting for her anymore after this anyways because I'm due in a month and a half so best I don't take the risk and I'm going to be busy with school and work I need to be home as much as I can with my baby. But still this is annoying I don't think she won't ever pay me but again this is longest she hasn't and it's a little ridiculous.
