Hi friends, I know I'm probably being a worry wart, but I had bought a pair of Kegel excersize balls to start working on those pelvic floor muscles and such, and I put in the beginner ball (one singular, rotund ball) and had it in for about half an hour.  When I took it out there was the slightest bit of light brown discharge.  I might have missed it if I wasn't looking closely.  I am 7w2d and have not had ANY bleeding or cramping or any uncommon pains, and it is light brown, and barely there.  But please, please set my mind at rest.  Tell me I just pissed off my cervix with the ball, or that it's just old blood or something.  Please. 😢
