Lamaze? Bradley? Hypno?

Have any of you beautiful mommas taken any of these childbirth prep courses before? Are you considering any of them? Which are you leanings towards and why?

I completed Bradley and loved my labor! Joyful, relaxed all the way to 8 cm and from 8-10 I leaned on and was amazingly supported by my husband which made us SOOO much closer. Something I realized when relaxing into my contractions was that it didn't actually hurt... It was THE MOST intense thing I've ever experienced so I think our brains try to convince us we are in pain but it's not! And might I mention... No drugs!! 😁 not an epidural or anything

I'm leaning towards the Bradley method. I'm still researching, but I like how much it involves my husband.

I did Lamaze and Bradley like a mix of the two. I went through 12 hours of hard labor without meds. It hurt like hell and I mean overwhelming pain but I didn't scream and carry on or anything. Lol everyone said I handled labor well but my first was born via emergency csection 😕

I'm doing hypnobabies, which is the same as hypnobirthing but more comprehensive, including baby care, breastfeeding and post natal care for mom. More bang for the buck.
