I'm so confused.

Why are my twins up a lot during the night??? 6 months old and I'm doing 4-6 feedings every night. After this week it will be 8 weeks straight of this. All I want is ONE night of sleep. They absolutely will not take a bottle so I get no help. I'm about to lose it. OH and they sleep MAYBE 3-4 hours during the day. They don't nap well. So I'm constantly taking care of them. No free time at all. I know they are eating enough before bed. To the point where they are spitting up. I don't know what to do... 😔😪 I know I need them to learn to take a bottle I'm till trying, but they refuse!!!
