If you Bd every other day in your fertile window you have the best chances. Having too much sex can deplete his sperm count, as well as too little can reduce quality of sperm.  After your fertile window you really don't have much chance of conception because the egg only lives for about 24 hours. Watch "the great sperm race" on youtube. That is sort of my plan this month. We started bding cd7 atleast evey other day. Sometimes it was twice in a row. And once I hit my fertile window we are bding everyday, then every other day for the rest of the month
