So I've been cramping in stomach and mainly back pretty bad it feels like a really bad period and I don't know how to time idk if there on /off enough to time it !!! I don't know what to do I just was at the Dr earlier today and was on the monitor for baby's heart rate and the contraction thing I wasn't cramping then but it started on the way home and I also had it last night !?
