slow rising hcg levels :(

My last period was 2/16 and i got a positive pregnancy test on 3/5 and on 3/6 i went to the ER because of spotting and my HCG level was 104. Today 3/10 i had another blood test and my HCG level is 163! Is this bad?!? This is my first pregnancy after TTC for 7 years. Im terrified.
