Okay this may be TMI but I need some serious answers only. I started birth control and have taken the placebo pills the past few days. I have yet to really start my period, just a little spotting. Today my stomach started hurting and now when I try to have a bowel movement nothing but little bits of blood come out. Could this be a negative reaction my body is having to the birth control? My mother said that it may just be hemmrhoids but this possibility is in the back of my mind also. I have never has this happen because of hemmrhoids
