late for period, BFN when I test

I had my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> done on 2 weeks ago. During my tww I had some light spotting. I am now 2 days late for my period which never happens. I tested today and got a BFN. Has anyone experienced this before? I'm feeling confused.
