How do you let go fast when you're pregnant

I thought I was loved and I thought what we had was special.. Now I am only left pregnant with our baby and the memories we shared.. I miss him so much and I really wish he was here to comfort me and love me during this time.. but I also know I have to let go and move on from him like he has moved on from me and our baby for another woman and her kids.. What I thought was real happened to only be a waste of memories and heartbreak at the wrong time💔
