sex drive after baby

So I'm 9 weeks PP and I cannot seem to "want" sex. I'm on a cream to rebuild the estrogen/progesterone(?? Idk which one it is) inside my vagina bc sex is very painful for me. My husband doesn't really understand. I know it's hard on him but I still give him sexual favors. He just is really insensitive to the whole thing and won't stop asking me to try. I just don't want to hurt myself in order to make him feel good...also I had a c section.
