Okay guys quick question. So I have the copper IUD and because of it I have these worse than normal periods as in I have to stay in one position and try not to scream for hours on end. I have tried heat and cold packs it doesn't really help. So I started last night and I have been having cramps for the past 3 hours and I went to the bathroom and passed a blood clot bigger than my hand. I have heard it shouldn't be bigger than a dime. Should I be worried? Also any idea on how you guys lessen your cramp pain would be great.
