I'm wondering if I could be pregnant. I recently switched my birth control from the pill back to the patch but in the beginning of the first week I had the patch I had unprotected sex. My partner and I usually don't use condoms and just pull out but there was a point during sex I believe he might have came a little. he pulled out at the end but I always have this little worry whenever we do have sex. just wanting some advice, I'm nervous to get a pregnancy test & my period won't be until 11 more weeks so I guess if there really is a chance I could be pregnant I will need to invest in a test. I think I get way into overthinking & every little sign I think leads to pregnancy. for about 3-4 days I had super sore, swollen & larger than normal nipples. I also think I'm gaining weight but that really could be just due to lack of exercise. advice is appreciated.
