Period Cramps

The past few months two or three days before my period I get REALLY bad cramps. & they last until 2ish days into my period. They hurt in my stomach & girl area, like normal. But they also hurt in my legs. My legs will be numb/pained and it feels like i can't move. Whenever im working, and the pain/numbness is there i feel very dizzy almost like i can't walk. Does this happen to anyone? Should I be worried or is this normal?
