3 pregnancy test

I've taken 3 test and all came out negative I'm 12 days late counting today. The partner I was with is no longer together and I now have a new boyfriend. I have been having sex with him as well .. and I'm unsure on what to do and am stressed about missing my period. My boyfriend great hthanks s the kind that you get butterflies by just by there touch. (I know cheesy) Do I tell him ? Do I ignore it? Do I stop having sex? Help !
