Heartbroken
Went to the doctor yesterday thinking we were going in to see our baby on the ultrasound to find out I miscarried. At a loss for words. We finally thought this was the one after 3 years since we had an ectopic pregnancy. Trying to keep it together but finding I am not as strong as I thought I was
