Does anyone else have a sore /swollen vagina during their period? Mine has been super sensitive 😣

Side note; i have had the bar in my arm for two years now but my periods were constantly spotty, apparently i am one of the 5% of people that have that problem. So back in March my doctor suggested a pill to take every day for 7 days (i forgot what it was called) to help balance my hormones, i had a odd period start a week after finishing the pill and then nothing for 6 weeks.

I have had spotting for 3 days now, slowly getting heavier with cramps stronger then usual.

So just wondering if this is normal or if anyone else has taken this pill and had simular problems or maybe i should go see my doctor!
