Home Doppler- 15 weeks - and I just found 2 heartbeats?!

Question

So far for all my ultrasounds and other Doppler experience there has only been 1 heart beat... but today I heard 2! One to the slight left and the other way right... I have an ultrasound later today but I'm kinda weirded out that I heard 2... anyone else ever experience this?!

Edit - I know the difference between my heartbeat and baby's. Mine is slow and swishy and baby's sound like a train.

You can find your own heartbeat that way. The baby's should be really really fast. You can also hear the placenta and might think it's another heartbeat.

If you have twins you would of seen it early on at the first ultrasound. Saw mine at 6 weeks !

I can hear my baby girls heartbeat in 2 different places w/ my Doppler they are remotely close...and if you are using Doppler to far to the right you're hearing an artery pumping blood. Around 15w I was scared by this as well but I'm definitely having 1 baby !

If you had a ultrasound at 11 weeks you'd have saw if there were 2 babies. What's most likely happening is baby still has lots of room to move and baby did move so you're hearing in a different spot or you're hearing the placenta which sounds very similar to babies heartbeat. I've used a home doppler throughout 2 pregnancies now and I have often been able to hear baby in more than one spot.

You can get your babies heartbeat from multiple different spots/angles depending on their location, especially as they get bigger. Just like your doctor can hear your heartbeat from your chest or back, there isn't just one single spot that only works.

At 15w the baby has a lot of free floating space and moves around a LOT, I used to pick my little boy up in one spot and literally 15 seconds later in another. And when then move, their heart rate fluctuates quite a bit up or down.
  
So, it may be multiples but it may also be that your little one is quite the athlete!

You can hear your heartbeat too. Count the beats if its not aroubd 140 or higher its yours.

Have you had an ultrasound before? You should be hearing a gallop sound for the baby and you can find your heartbeat too. So be careful
