Pregnant after fertility treatments?

Question

After over a year of fertility Drs and 3 IUIs the hubby and I want to take a break from all that and just see what happens. Has anyone gotten pregnant after many months of meds and u/s that naturally worked best to get pregnant!?

I had 2 miscarriages, 11/11 and 4/12. I got pregnant with Clomid, HCG shot, and folical studies.  After the second miscarriage my uterus was not thinning out at all. After regular ultrasounds and tracking the doctor refused to do Clomid and wanted to physically clean my uterus out (not sure the name but like a D&C). So 9/12 My husband and went about our month waiting until my procedure, still doing the Baby dance but without stress.  We went in for pre-op appointment but with any tests the doctor said she didn't feel the operation was the right fit for me right now. I am so thankful for that decision!! My rainbow was three days conceived, not even implanted yet, and the procedure would have taken her. I have both to a wonderful, beautiful, miracle rainbow baby girl in June 2013 without any fertility drug. I know it is possible.
 We have been trying for Baby #2 for 6 months and it is getting frustrating. Going to try essential oils now to help.
