After being told at 20 weeks that my baby may not make it due to incompetent cervix, I was rushed to an emergency surgery for my cerclage. I was then sent home on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy. It was the scariest thing I had ever experienced. We had doctors appointments to 3 times per month. At 36 weeks we removed the cerclage and 3 days later my water broke. We checked into the hospital and was in labor for 22 hours until my son was born. I would do it all-over again right now just to have this little boy in my arms. It's worth it mamas don't give up.
