Hi, I was just wondering if anyone told anyone they were pregnant just based on home tests? I found out I am pregnant last week and I am about  5 weeks. I told my husband straight away and we want to tell my mum however I planned on waiting until if was confirmed by the doctor. Called for an appointment however was told I don't see the doctor, but go to the midwife at usually 6-8 weeks but they can't give me an appointment until 20th June when I will be nearly 10 weeks! Seems so long! I don't want to announce it, just tell my mum. Has anyone revealed their happy news before the doctor confirmed? Thanks
