I decided to use cloth diapers for my one year old in hopes of helping her diaper rash and to save money and be more environmentally friendly so I bought Buttons Diapers. They were great for a while but now I've had to switch back to disposables for two reasons. 1. She got the worst diaper rash I've ever seen, bleeding sores and everything, and it never healed no matter what I tried. And I tried everything. 2. The stretchy gussets on the cloth diaper covers rubbed her thighs constantly and turned her skin bright red and there are still marks form them (she's been in disposables for two weeks now). Does anyone have any advice? I really want to go back to cloth now that her rash has completely healed. (She does not have an allergy to the detergent we use to wash the diapers, I use it for her clothes, too).
