So this past weekend I was sick to the max...vomitted twice, felt extremly weak and lightheaded, felt as if the inside of my stomach was being clawed....that pain would come and go....when i would go yo the bathroom my stool is watery(loose), my body aches so much in my upper arms and shoulders, i am still nauseous four days later and headache thst wont go away? Could this be it? Could i be pregnant? I dont want to hype myself up and get disappointed....my cycle is due at the end of this month should i wait until then?
