PMDD??

Question

Does anyone here suffer from PMDD? I've begun feeling extremely emotional and volatile before my period. Ive been getting super angry but only for like a week out of the month before my period.I was researching it and discovered in symptomatic of PMDD.

For those of you who have it- how do you cope and manage with it?

I have PMDD.  I was really  emotional throughout the month, had crazy mood swings, had (snd still do have) insomnia around my periods, extreme menstrual cramps and heavy periods.  My dr put me on the pill (BC) and that helped for a year or so.  I then had to add Prozac to help.
