Hcg, the pregnancy hormone, doubles every 48-72 hours. So at 10dpo, say your baby just implanted today, you wouldn't get a positive for at least two more days, if not longer.

I'm 8 dpo and same here just bfn but all the lady's have told me its to early I'd dry were not out till af shows her ugly face :0)
