Do prenatals or men taking multivitamins help you conceive??

I just don't see how. Has anyone or their SO tried for a long time started taking prenatals/men's multivitamins and conceived soon after? I feel like we've tried everything :( scared to do iui or ivf cause it probably won't work for us like everything else

Prenatals dont help you conceive. You take them while ttc so you have the vitamins you need especially folic acid to help have a healthy baby. Look into other vitamins on top of the prenatals to help boost your fertility like evening primrose, vitamin c, zinc, iron, b6, b complex, l arginine, fish oils, magnesium, vitamin e, vitamin d
