Upper/Mid Back Pain 5 weeks?

This morning I woke up at 4:30 and had to get out of bed bcuz of upper back pain right under my bra strap all the way across back is where I would describe it. Just feels like a constant burning stabbing achey pain..anyone else have this in early pregnancy? Thanks
