sorry for the underwear shot! i have super duper bad cramps and always have. Having sex frequently had not only
made my periods irregular but also increased my cramping as of right now i have to take ibuprofen all throughout the day and wear heat wraps (pictured below) stuck onto my body in order to even tolerate the pain, any tips ??
