Tampon Troubles!!!!

So I don't know if this will get anywhere but I really need some help! So recently (and right now) halfway through my periods, when I go to switch out tampons (mind you, I only use tampons), it's almost painful to take out and put one in! During the first day or two, it won't but for some reason unknown to me, it's almost as bad as the cramps. I'm confused and in pain, SOU((save our uteruses))!!
