Period is LATE (POSSIBLE BABY BUMP??)

My period only lasted 4days last month (usually last 6-7days) and was basically just spotting for 4 days. I was due for my period Friday, March 6th and its still not here. Having nausea, insomnia, tightening feeling in my lower abdomen and increase in appetite.
