HELP! Some tell me yes some say no

I have all the feelings of getting my period, yesterday and today I been feeling dizzy a lot, and as always before AF my boobs are sore but this time they feel hard. I can't recall if that has happen before my husband felt the same yesterday. I'm 7 days till it comes :( I don't know what to do no more but wait. Is just so hard!
