tubes tied but sick

So my tubes have been tied for 6 years and my husband and I have unprotected sex all the time today I craved eggs and Chinese food and couldn't eat my favorite seafood alfredo I've also been very weepy I've been cry at the stupidest things like sappy songs(so not me btw) and I cried because my husband was called back to work I'm at a loss on what the heck is going on
