chin breakouts birth control

i've been on a low hormone BC(pill) for 6 months now and am just starting to have some breakouts on my chin. my chin has always been my problem area but everything was fine until a week or two ago and i know chin breakouts mean hormonal issues so? why now?

i have been taking it more consistently than in the past also, maybe that has something to do with it idk
