Don't think about it. We weren't trying. Sex when we felt like it and bam. Enjoy each other. 7 weeks now.

Sex helped....shoulder shrug. other then u usually never know if it helped. Beside fertility treatments maybe.

I used seven sea trying for a baby and we both took pregnacare his and her conception. We had sex ever other day and I made him cut down on coffee. I'm not sure if any of this actually helped as its our first and I caught within two weeks of coming off birth control but I guess never hurts to try 😊
