new to mirena iud

soooo i got the Mirena recently it was four days after my period was over i had sex with my boyfriend and he didn't pull out the doctors said 7 days later the mirena would begin it's protection i had sex again with my boyfriend probably everyday

well first i was haveing pregnancy symptoms, sore breasts and increased apetite and now I'm having period symptoms severe cramps, sore legs and thighs, along with light spotting

My period is supposed to be on right about now but it's usually irregular

Am I pregnant? Should I get rid of this Mirena? Help me out here.

I have a check up appointment with the gynecologist next week btw
