When doing the ultrasound sound last night at the er it shows I'm 15 weeks when did I conceive the baby?

I'll be 15weeks exactly tomorrow and my last period was Feb 10 but I didn't have sex till feb 23 due to my bf and I were on a LDR, it's really confusing for me too... my due date is Nov 17

Today I'm 16w5d. My lmp was Jan 29 and I ovulated and conceived feb 11 (I know exactly as we did clomid/IUI and tracked ovulation). If you are 15 weeks exactly you are about 12 days behind me so you likely ovulated around feb 23 and they would marie your lmp as feb 9 (-add 14 days to ovulation day)  Do you have irregular periods?
