I need advice..😑

Ok so today i went to my first doctors app.. (i found i was pregnant on monday) my periods wer very irregular because i just got off the depo on august.. doctor cant figure out how many weeks i am... he even did a ultrasound & nothing.. ok so if the last time i had unprotected sex was on February 10th how many weeks would that place me in??
