Anyone else experience this?

Anyone else get severe cramping, very lightheaded and throwing up when they start their period? This is how I am right now- I can barely move and I am in tears. I'm not sure if it has to do with the fact that my period was 5 days late or not.

This used to happen to me! Every single month. It was usually just the first day though. It got to the point where I couldn't take it anymore and started birth control. That really really helped. I still get bad cramps that I have to take medication for but it's no where near as bad.

I had very similar symptoms this week. I ended up going to the er. They told me it was likely a yeast infection or an ovarian cist had burst. I would recommend talking to a doctor.
